SEI Supports Book Giveaway

SEI was one of a handful of Marin County organizations that received part of $375,000 in grant money this week from the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) to implement novel ideas to combat global warming. Borrego Solar featured SEI's Awareness for Communities about the Environment (ACE) program in their newsletter. Generating Change- One Student at a Time Borrego Solar has teamed up with Strategic Energy Innovations (SEI), a non-profit educational organization, to develop an energy efficiency and solar PV project-based curriculum for high school students. Students learn how conservation and energy alternatives are vital to clean air and the slowing of global warming.
Over the next 3 years, as part of a partnership with Skyline College, College of Marin, Laney College, and other strategic partners, SEI willl be participating in a collaborative initiative to increase clean energy career pathways in the Bay Area.
